The Haiti Ministry is a long-time partnership with our sister parish in St. Louis du Sud, Haiti. The mission of the ministry is to provide action programs for youth and adults of our parish; to encourage prayers of solidarity with the Haitian people; to provide resources and support in religious, educational medical and economic areas for St. Louis du Sud and the peoples of Haiti; and, to promote an awareness of the injustices present in Haiti and our Gospel call to respond.
Two groups of missionaries will visit Haiti in December 2010. Please pray for our group traveling from December 2-9, 2010.
We also have a group of young adults visiting our sister parish in Haiti from December 28, 2010 - January 5, 2011.
