but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.”

Mission
Youth Ministry reaches out to all of the youth of our parish and helps to inspire, encourage and teach these young people how to live their Catholic faith life. We help to prepare students for the sacrament of confirmation. Youth Ministry encourages the further faith development of individuals to learn more about their faith and to bring them into a deeper relationship with Christ and His Church. This is done through Sunday night sessions, retreats, socials, sacraments, conferences etc. We work on many levels parish, deanery, and diocesan.
Goals
Our Parish community's vision of youth ministry has always been one of becoming, belonging, believing, and living out the faith. As a parish family, it is our call to journey with youth, be present to them, in relationship with them, and lead them into a speral relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our goals are:
- To empower young people to live a disciples of Christ in our world today.
- To draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith community.
- To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.
- To empower young people to believe in themselves.
- To assure our youth they are loved, valued and needed — not only in their own parish family, but also in their schools, homes, and local communities.
