Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS), is an effective format for Catholic religious education for children. CGS utilizes the Montessori Method of education to unleash the potential of a child so that they may learn responsibility, independence, and a personal desire to learn about our Catholic faith.
Faith Formation
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd guides a child to discover God on their own while they grow in prayer and knowledge of Jesus Christ and His Church.

Elementary Religious Education (ERE)

Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church K -5th grade students are supported by dedicated catechists that will guide them through a spiral Catholic curriculum. The students will begin to learn about how God made them, and how God made the world. Further fundamental themes include what we believe, the ten commandments and the structure of the liturgy of the Mass. 2-Year Preparation for
Preparation for these Sacraments happens through a two year program. Traditionally, this program takes place during the first and second grade years of religious education. However, there are options for students who have been baptized but are older than 2nd Grade.

Little Flowers Girls’ Club® is a Catholic club for girls ages 5 and up that teaches virtues through scripture, saints’ biographies, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Like a scouting program, girls earn badges for the virtues they have practiced, and life skills they have learned. However, the girls learn and earn their badges through a distinctly Catholic lens.
